Winchester House

Winchester House the centerpiece of Winchester Place is a traditional American Four Square style home build around 1912.  The large picture windows provide a breathtaking view of the natural landscape which includes a pond surrounded by beautiful weeping willow trees.

When you hold an event at Winchester House you have access to the entire main floor, which includes the living room, dining room, library and parlor.

We can accommodate approximately 100 guest for an open house, 60 for a stand-up reception, 40 guests for a sit-down function or 20-30 for a meeting or retreat, depending on seating and dining arrangements.
